On February 1, 2003 Hotel Centrum opens after having been closed for renovation. The hotel will keep the charm of an old building, but with new interior in the lobby, the breakfast restaurant & the hallways. The guests are also welcome to use DGI-byens parking lot at a small charge.Local Attractions are Tivoli Gardens, Downtown shopping 'Strøget' & Cinemas.
Hotel Centrum is part of DGI-byen, which is the latest multi centre of copenhagen and named "a modern community centre". The most unusual venue and meeting place in the new generation of places to visit in Copenhagen. Comprising of Hotel, Conference Centre, Sports Arena with indoor/outdoor climbing wall, Bowling Alley, shooting range, Spa & Swimming Pool, cafe's and restaurant.
Also with new interior and design is of course all 77 rooms. The rooms are tastefully furnished in a Scandinavian style interior offering .

Also they are offered discounts at the famous Vestauranten – DGI-byens restaurant. Bring the key card and get 10% discount at the restaurant (excluding drinks) on Sunday to Wednesday and a 5% discount Thursday to Saturday.
Hotel Centrum is located just 300 meters from DGI-byen and in the prime part of Copenhagen inner city. There is 7-minute shuttle train to and from Copenhagen Airport "Kastrup" to the Central Station every 20 minutes. The hotel is in within 5 minutes walk of the main station.
